Overview

The Entity Management page manages the key data records used across an agency to operate its business, and defines entities such as Clients, Products, Business Unitsan agency's clients, products, and Vendorsvendors. Entity record streamline data sharing and facilitate data transactions between Agency teams and throughout Agency workflowsan agency.

Access the Entity Management Page

Access the Entity Management page from the top navigation bar under Administration, or from the Welcome home page under the Administration section.

Agency Group Entities

The Agency Group is the hierarchy of Master Data entity records that entities define advertising agencies, their business structures, and their client relationships. Master Data records are core records used throughout OneStrata.

Vendor Group Entities

The Vendor Group entities define who is the hierarchy of Master Data entity records that define vendors and publishers. Master Data records are core records used throughout OneStratapaid for a media activity, who runs the activity, where the activity is run, and the relationship between these three entities.
