Update: FreeWheel's Knowledge Hub migrating to new, upgraded experience on April 20
On April 20th, 2026, the FreeWheel Knowledge Hub will be upgraded to a new cloud-based user experience. Your ability to access the site from this home page will not be disrupted. Once complete, you'll notice a refreshed look and updated navigation. All user guides, release notes, and technical documentation will remain intact.** Please note that updates to the site will continue over the coming months as additional enhancements are implemented.
**ACTION - Update Your Bookmarks: After the upgrade, please update any previously saved Knowledge Hub bookmarks, as URLs will change. FreeWheel recommends visiting https://hub.freewheel.tv/ on or after April 20th to search for and replace your saved link(s) with the new web address(es).
Accessing the Knowledge Hub will remain the same:
- Streaming Hub / SSP users: the Knowledge Hub will be accessible via login:
- Go to https://hub.freewheel.tv/ (Note that this environment will have a different look and feel after April 20th, 2026)
- When prompted for access to the user guide, enter your username and password
- Authenticate your account
- Buyer Cloud / OneStrata users: no login is necessary for Buyer Cloud and OneStrata users. Go to https://hub.freewheel.tv/ and navigate to the appropriate user guide.
